– This sofa is approximately five years old and is in used condition. Generally the condition is overall quite good, however, there is the one obvious bit of damage on the back of the sofa and cushion which is visible in the photograph. This is due to the sofa being in direct sunlight in front of a south facing window. – With the exception of the Sun bleaching there is little of the damage. There are the general wear and tear marks which are visible in the photos. – the sofa has been vacuumed down, however, it has not been wet cleaned. – Any questions are more than welcome.
